How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY

Returns must have original packing material for credit or refund. Larger, console type copiers, segment 2 and above copiers & MFPs are non-returnable, as well as other products. In the event that we will accept a return, we will charge 20% restocking fee, and customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Should shipping have been waived/free when a product was sent to customer, shipping will be charged should item be returned. No returns after 15 days from purchase date. Call us to get exact details on the item you are ordering if it is eligible for returns. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned back to the customer. Return Authorization numbers are required on all returns.

WARRANTY

This Warranty covers all defective parts & labor for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does NOT cover any parts due to normal wear & tear such as feed rollers, pick up rollers, fuser assembly, rollers & all supplies. This warranty does NOT cover networking issues. All supplies and parts are recommended to be purchased from TANGERINE OFFICE MACHINES, INC., to ensure optimum performance. If it is proven that 3rd party/generic supplies are the cause of a fault, then the warranty will be void.

OEM products, including toners, are subject to manufacturer's warranties, and not of TANGERINE OFFICE MACHINES, INC.

Remanufactured toners have a 6 month warranty by TANGERINE OFFICE MACHINES, INC., with a replacement process.
